Just recently started with CMS. I Needed service on my alarm and also wanted monitoring. Talked to Randy at CMS very knowledgeable and personable. Explained my issues with my alarm. He sent Terry out to repair system, " top notch guy". FIxed my alarm system issues quickly and set up monitoring from CMS. Best decision I made concerning alarm companies.

I had Randy and Evan install a camera system for me recently and they went above and beyond. They really are the best in the business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.. I’m not very technology savvy but they walked me through the whole process and they continuously check in to see if I need further assistance. It’s hard to come by great customer service like this anymore but it’s greatly appreciated!!

To put it simply, I wouldn't trust any other company with the safety and security of our home. Extraordinary customer service as they truly go above and beyond. Feels like they care about our home security rather than just caring about the sale. There was zero pressure when we got our initial quote, unlike some other companies, and they really listened to cater our system to our particular needs. We've been with them for several years now and they've always responded immediately if we needed anything, no matter how small. Their prices are extremely competitive, you aren't locked into any contract, and their personalized service is top-notch. We've had multiple other companies try to solicit our business unsuccessfully. I really can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. We contacted CMS upon referral from a friend. We wanted an alarm system that we can control/view via smartphone & internet, video doorbell, and lock/ alarm as needed. We spoke with Evan and he was extremely knowledgable with 'smart' home security systems. He arranged every detail, with an 'attention to detail' install, and spent time going through the various options and 'how to'. It has been a pleasure to deal with Evan and the CMS team which we highly recommend.
